At Centurion Running, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
